大場 智美
多摩大学 ・グローバルスタディーズ学部・准教授
専門は英語教育で、ロンドン大学大学院教育研究科後期博士課程在学中。同大学院の学位は既に2つ取得しており、また、現在、外国語教育政策を研究している。中学・高校での教員経験もあり、高等学校在学時に、アメリカにも1年間留学している。
職歴は滋賀大学教育学部兼任講師(2008~2010年)、龍谷大学短期大学部特別任用講師(2010年~2013年)を経て、現職多摩大学では英語科教育法、教育実習などを担当する。また、1年生共通のAcademic English Programコーディネイターを務める。

現在ロンドン大学大学院教育研究科の博士論文指導教員であるKen Spours教授ならびにKaori Kitagawa講師のもとで、Policy Learning Theoryを用いた外国語教育政策分析を中心に研究を行っている。
Ohba, Tomomi
Associate Professor, School of Global Studies, Tama University
An ex-secondary school teacher, Tomomi Ohba is a certified teacher-educator of English language and works mainly in a pre-service teacher-education course in Tama University. She received Post-graduate Diploma in TESOL as well as Master of Research in Educational and Social Research from Institute of Education, University of London. She stayed in London for 4 years in total, and adding to it, she also stayed in the U.S.A. for a year and received a high school diploma there. Her area of study is English or foreign language education policy and practice.
As for her career, Tomomi worked part-time in the faculty of Education, Shiga University (2008-2010), worked full-time (non-tenured) at Ryukoku University Junior College (2010-2013), and currently works full-time (tenure) at School of Global Studies, Tama University from 2016, where she teaches TESOL and Teaching Practicum in teacher-education course. Tomomi is also a coordinator of Academic English Program for freshmen.

Tomomi currently writes PhD thesis on foreign language education policy analysis using the Policy Learning Theory under supervision by Professor Ken Spours and Dr Kaori Kitagawa at UCL Institute of Education, University College London.
