Sudhir Jaiswal
Sudhir Jaiswal has 29 years ofindustry experience in the field of steel, automobile and farm equipment sectors. He has extensively worked in the area of corporate and Project finance, business planning, project appraisal, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and corporate Governance. He is currently working in Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, India as Vice President-Business Planning and International operations, Farm Equipment Sector. In the past he worked for Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery Co Ltd, Tokyo as Representative Director, Member of the Board and CFO from April’16 till April 19. He is an MBA and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, and holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charter. He is recipient of Fulbright fellowship for Leadership in Management at Tepper Business School at Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He is based in India and has extensive work experience in Japan and had exposure in working in Thailand, Germany, Italy and Turkey on wide range of assignments. He has spoken at industrial conferences and takes guest lecture in universities. His academic interest is focused on to bridge the understanding between industry and academia on subjects related to Business Management and Corporate Finance.
